Frequently asked questions
Should I choose JPG or PNG?
JPG gives smaller files and suits pages with photos. PNG is lossless, so text and line drawings stay perfectly sharp, but the files are larger.
Which resolution should I use?
150 DPI is good for viewing on screen and sharing. Choose 300 DPI for printing or for zooming into small text, and 72 DPI for the smallest files.
Can I convert only some pages?
Yes. Enter pages such as 1-3, 5 in the Pages field. Leave it empty to convert the whole PDF.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are rendered as images in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
