How do I rotate only one page?

Is the rotation saved permanently?
Yes. The new orientation is saved in the PDF, so the pages open the right way up in every PDF reader.
Does rotating lower the quality?
No. Pages are not converted to images: text, pictures and links stay exactly as they were. Only the orientation and the order of the pages change.

No. The previews and the new PDF are made in your browser, so the file never leaves your device.
