Rotate Image
Fix photos that came out sideways or upside down, or mirror a selfie. Add one image or a whole batch, turn them all at once or each on its own, and download the result. Your images never leave your device.
How to use Rotate Image
- Select one or more images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and other formats your browser can open).
- Turn or flip all images with the buttons above the previews, or one image with the buttons under it.
- Click "Save rotated images". One image downloads directly; several images download as a ZIP file.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my photo look sideways in some apps?
Phones often save a photo as the camera saw it and only note the rotation in the file's EXIF data, which some websites and programs ignore. This tool applies that rotation along with yours, so the saved image is upright everywhere.
Does rotating lower the quality?
PNG is lossless, so nothing changes. JPG and WebP are saved again at 92% quality, which looks the same as the original, and the file stays about the same size. GIF, BMP and other formats are saved as PNG (the first frame of an animated GIF).
Can I rotate several images at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like: the buttons above the previews turn every image, and each preview has its own buttons. Several images download together in a ZIP file.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The images are rotated in your browser, so they never leave your device.
